Bogdanka LUK Lublin won their first-ever Polish Plus Liga championship title tonight in game four of the finals. They won convincingly 3-0 against Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie
Having already secured two hard-fought victories, Lublin entered tonight’s game with immense pressure to close out the series on their home court. The atmosphere inside the Hala Globus was electric, with fans roaring their team on to what could be a historic night for the club.
Lublin’s journey to the finals has been remarkable. Finishing fourth in the regular season with a 21-9 record, they navigated a challenging playoff bracket, overcoming ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle in the quarterfinals and dethroning the reigning champions, Jastrzębski Węgiel, in a thrilling semifinal series. This is Lublin’s first appearance in the Plus Liga final, and they are determined to make it a memorable one.
