In a thrilling Volleyball Nations League match, Ana Cristina led their team to a victory over The Netherlands with a score of 3:0 (25:23, 25:23, 25:21).
Crisitina’s dynamic leadership was evident in the 22 points she personally contributed to the team’s total score. Her performance was complemented by the team’s overall statistics, with 43 successful attacks and 7 aces recorded throughout the match.
Despite this, the Netherlands didn’t go down without a fight. They got more done in the defensive department with more digs (47), positive receptions (67) and blocks (8).
The win is the first one for Brazil in this year’s Volleyball Nations League. Their next game is against the Dominican republic on June 3rd.
